Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Closer Sync Ltd are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to customer preference.

Please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Preference changes after ordering

  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Claims submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded because products are manufactured specifically for each customer.

Shipping Delays

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Closer Sync Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Peak holiday periods

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Chargeback Policy

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to provide order information, tracking records, delivery confirmation, and customer communications to payment processors and financial institutions when responding to chargeback disputes.
